(5'10, 178) currently has four offers—each coming from the MAC—and says that his list consists of Utah
, Ohio State
, as well as Northwestern
"My current interest in Northwestern is about medium interest," Reed said. "They're not really at the top or at the bottom. I really like the Big 10."

The cornerback is looking for a school with solid academics where he can "get a degree for a good career, which will make my parents happy" as well as one that has great history. Reed will be going to the Nike camp on May 26th, where he hopes to impress more coaches, as well as pick up a few offers along the way.
While he is over a year away from starting his college career, Reed already has his goals set, and knows a tough road lies ahead to accomplish them.
"I want to say I was able to contribute to my team and start for three of my four years, and win at least one national or conference championship," Reed said.
Indianapolis Pike CB Jonathan Reed wants to become the next big-time shutdown defensive back in college football. With a number of schools showing interest, he's working to evaluate each option.
