Two-star defensive back Austin Logan has committed to Purdue.
The Tallahassee, Fla. native also gave consideration to Northwestern, Kentucky, Stanford, and others.
Logan, a 6-foot-1, 190-pounder from Florida State University School, visited Northwestern last week. NU defensive backs coach Jerry Brown served as his lead recruiter.
Logan finished his junior season with 40 tackles, two interceptions, and eight pass breakups. He started as a sophomore, after being moved up to the varsity late in his freshman year.
Northwestern has already landed two defensive backs for its 2013 recruiting class -- Kyle Queiro and Matt Harris.
