Now that the season has come to an end prematurely, Humble (TX) Summer Creek quarterback Aaron Sharp now is in transition. This week, according to him, had a weird feel to it. That is mainly because the team had high expectations, wanting to make a deeper playoff run.
Of course, how this gives the future Top 100 2014 player athlete the opportunity to catch some college football action. This weekend, he heads to Waco, TX.
"Saturday I'm going to Baylor to watch the team play Oklahoma State. Me and the Baylor coaches have been talking these past couple of months," Sharp said.
So far, still, the 6-foot-3, 187-pound Sharp only has the UTEP offer in hand, but that won't last for much longer, especially when the spring begins. This weekend's game at the Big 12 program will mark game No. 4 for Sharp.
He has already watched Texas A&M play both Florida and LSU and he also checked out the Houston/UTEP game. Aside from these programs, Sharp has been getting recruited by Northwestern, TCU and Texas Tech.
This past season, Sharp threw for 3,058 yards, 38 touchdowns to only six interceptions. He also had just over 180 yards on the ground and three scores.
Humble (TX) Summer Creek quarterback Aaron Sharp has led his team to an 11-0 record.
