What can you say -- for a 40-39 game, it sure had a lot of drama!

I was tearing my hair out at our continued missed FTs in the last minute. Aaarrrgh! I thought we were making progress after that Wisconsin game.

But Jitim Young has just become a STAR this season, especially during the Big Ten slate. This guy has stepped his game and leadership up in so many ways, and the two steals to seal it in the final :20 provided a perfect example on why PPG isn't the only statistic that measures a true star player. Incredible job!

So we got the big road win. We're at .500 in league play and now have the majority of our remaining games at home. Gotta defend that Welsh-Ryan Court and if we work at it, maybe steal a road one or two. But a HUGE win for Coach Carmody and this team -- now let's beat Penn State on Saturday to get above .500 in league play and take it from there. What a game!
