when Akron Archbishop Hoban [and NU Commit] tailback Tyrell Sutton took a handoff and sprinted down the right sidelines for 57 yards, a touchdown, and a place in the Ohio High School State record book. The TD run added 114 yards to Sutton's career yardage, and tallied his 34th consecutive 100 yard rushing game. It also put him over 8,216 yards - the state record set in 2001 by Williamsburg HS's Jason Bainum. Sutton was presented with the game ball after the run, but later gave the credit to his O-Line - tight end Brett Grund, tackles Ben Sargent and Shawn Glaser, guards Gino Mascio and Dave Maple and center Bill Schindel,
"This is the best line I've ever had here at Hoban," Sutton said. [in the Akron Beacon Journal] "My name goes down (in the record books) but we all know why."
