He's called "the most physical player I've ever coached," by Northwestern Wildcat Defensive Line coach Eric Washington, and he's following in the footsteps of last year's first round draft pick, Luis Castillo. Barry Cofield is the playing the stopper, the man in the middle of the Defensive Line who leads the charge when the ball is snapped. Here are his post game comments from Saturday.
