Easily the best offensive lineman in the northwest, York is a tireless competitor that takes a lot of pride in pancakes. His footwork and use of hands allows him to maintain his block much longer and move opponents around better than most linemen his age. Has great drive with his lower body, showing good core strength. Already strong in the passing game, York will have to continue to refine his pass pro in college.

Biography:
All-Inland Empire League and All-North Idaho as a Junior. Aggressive, hard-nosed, strong (bench presses 350 pounds) lineman who finishes his blocks well and is quick off the ball. An honors student, York carries a 3.92 GPA in the classroom and already has an 1830 SAT score.

York: "I have good balance and footwork. Coaches tell me they like the way I pass block and they like how I can get into open space and move. I think I've got a pretty good foot movement. I'm a team player and play hard. I'm physical and I feel like we're the heart and soul of the offense. I'd like to get stronger and faster. I need to stay lower coming over the ball and improve my drive blocking."
